- Turn the unit ON by pressing the key (5sec.).
- Press the button, select Sport with the , press , select Athletics (AT) with and press

- Select Base Frequency and press .
- Choose the correct Region with the button and press .

- Select System A/B/C/D and press .
- Choose the system you want to use with the button and press .

Delete All
- Select Delete All and press to delate all existing pairing with MoSen.
- Press again to confirm.
