Day Setting

•  Gently unscrew crown counter-clockwise and/or pull out the crown to Position 2.
•  Adjust the day by turning the crown in the desired direction.
•  Gently push in and/or screw down the crown clockwise back into Normal Position
to RESET.

Quick Date Setting

• Crown remains in Normal Position.
• Press Pusher A step by step to adjust the desired date.

12H Second Time Zone & Day/Night Indicator Setting

• Crown remains in Normal Position.
• Press Pusher B step by step to adjust the desired 12H second time zone.
