The battery is not completely inserted
or is discharged.
Pull out the battery and reinsert it
again completely; charge the battery if
necessary.
The charger is connected directly to
the suction unit.
Disconnect the charging cable from the
suction unit.
Is the battery not
being charged?
Does the charging
indicator not light
up?
The charger is not receiving any
current.
Check the socket with another appliance.
The charging cable is not inserted
correctly in the charging socket.
Disconnect and reconnect the charging
cable.
The suction unit is not hanging cor-
rectly on the wall charging station or
the charging contacts are soiled.
Check the charging contacts; hang the
suction unit correctly in the wall charging
station.
The battery is not inserted completely. Pull out the battery and reinsert it com-
pletely.
The battery is defective.
To compare, check whether the
exchangeable battery (optional) can be
charged.
Is the battery
becoming hot?
During charging, the battery can
reach a temperature of around 65°C.
If the battery becomes hot, deforms, or
vapours or liquid escape: Pull out the bat-
tery using a thick glove or an oven cloth.
Is the charger
becoming hot?
During charging, the charger can
become very hot.
If the charger becomes hot, smells strange
or deforms: Disconnect the charger from
the socket using a glove or a cloth.
Is the suction
power poor?
Is the roller of the
rotary foor nozzle
not rotating?
The nozzle is not receiving any
current from the suction unit.
Connect the nozzle correctly on the suc-
tion tube or directly on the suction unit.
The roller is blocked with foreign
objects or hairs.
Clean the roller.

The roller is not correctly inserted in
the nozzle.
On insertion, the roller must engage in
the roller drive.
Is the roller of the
rotary upholstery

objects or hairs.
Remove the foreign bodies or hairs from
