Adjustment
- The control panel’s settings for Away, At Home and Boost
Away = At least 0.10 l/s per m 2 floor area or according to local rules for construction
At Home = At least 0.35 l/s per m
2
floor area or according to local rules for construction
Boost = The boost value is conditional on the room volume or 1.3 x total air volume for the At Home setting
- Familiarize yourself with the preliminary plan for the ventilation and note the total air volumes for the Away, At Home and Boost modes. The
fan speeds are most often regulated in the Boost mode. The speeds and control voltages for the At Home and Away modes can be estimated
from the fan diagrams.
- Study the fan diagrams and estimate the control speed. Standard voltages: 1 = 60 V, 2 = 100 V, 3 = 140 V, 4 = 180 V, 5 = 230 V.
- Set all the air diffusers to their base values.
- Start the ventilation unit.
- Go from the base display by pressing buttons Menu to
the main menu
- Go to Installation and service and press Select
- Inter the code 1234 and confirm by pressing the button Set
- Go to
Fan speeds
and press Select
- Go to Boost and press Select (if the constriction is intended for air flows during the period of use, go to At Home)
- Set the speed in the display for Supply air fan so that it corresponds to the control speed.
- Set the speed in the display for
Extract air fan
so that it corresponds to the control speed.
- Set the air diffusers in the ventilation system according to the preliminary plan. Precision-adjust the fan speeds if needed.
- Set the air volumes in a corresponding way that is equivalent to the speeds. Away and At Home
N.B.:
The settings should be made while the unit is in the winter mode. If the settings are made during the summer, the Summer Night Cooling
function must be switched off.
- Go from the base display by pressing the Menu button to
the main menu
- Go to
Summer Night Cooling
and select
OFF
. After entering settings, the Summer Night Cooling function can be reactivated.
If required, the fan’s control voltage can be set separately from the transformer’s 8-step output. The conductors of the supply air fan are marked
with the letter S and the relevant speed number. The conductors of the extract air fan are marked with the letter E and the relevant speed number.
The electric wiring work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
