Installation Side - Condensate Drain 

If designated condensate drain hose cannot be used, device 

location must be selected such that condensing water can freely 

drain to the outside. Make sure that neither falling icicles nor 

freezing run-off create any hazards. 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

Notes

 

•  The formation of ice can be reduced with the software option de-icing  

  

(only with the permission of the owner of the building). 

•  Even with the condensate drain connected, under certain conditions, small amounts of  

  

water droplets may emerge at the outside hood.
