Making it do things with a computer
To access and playback the videos and pictures you grab with the
Sports HD BulletCam , you’ll need to connect it to a computer.
Connecting the Sports HD BulletCam to a computer is easy. All you’ll
need is a computer with USB ports and a relatively recent operating
system, and either the USB cable which came with the
Sports HD
BulletCam .
To connect the Sports HD
BulletCam to a computer:
• Remove the rear cap of the
Sports HD BulletCam .
• Insert the min-USB plug on the
USB cable into the USB socket
on the rear of the
Sports HD
BulletCam .
• Connect the other end of the
USB cable to the USB port on
the computer.
The Sports HD BulletCam will automatically begin charging at the
same time as it will appear in your file browser as a removable USB
flash drive (if a microSD card is inserted).
You can access the data on the microSD card like you would any
other SD card or USB flash drive. It interfaces as a standard USB Mass
Storage device. You’ll be able to access data from almost any PC,
as well as many PC-like devices, such as many tablets or even some
video game consoles.
Note:
We can’t guarantee that the
Sports HD BulletCam
will be
compatible with your specific devices. There are so many different
makes and models out there. (I mean, seriously, have you
seen how
many different devices sport USB ports these days? It boggles the
mind. The future, people - we’re living in it! Flying cars any day now.
