8. Troubleshooting
This chapter contains some hints to facilitate troubleshooting. For
detailed information on handling and cleaning parts, see Mainte -
nance, p. 19 . For detailed information on programming the instru -
ment, see Menu Explanations, p. 24 .
8.1. Error List
Error Description Corrective action
E001 Bluetooth
– Switch the instrument on and off and check
if the error disappears.
– If the error persists, call support.
E002 IC ADC
– Call support.
E003 Factory data
– The instrument has lost its calibration data.
Send the instrument back to Swan.
E004 Invalid time
– Set time and date under <Menu>/
<Maintenance>/<Set Time>.
E017 Events erased
– No action necessary.
– This message informs that the measured
data have been deleted by calling the
function "Set to factory defaults”.
