Fit the screws and
washers. Leave them
slightly loose for the
moment. This allows
a little movement in
the base for the next
part...

Get someone to hold
the bar base (5) in
position.

Thread the long
screws though the
holes in to the steel
tubes (8) and into the
threaded holes on the
bar base.

Don’t fully tighten
them until all 3 are
fitted
