Push the 4x ‘long bolts’
through the holes in
(Piece 3 + 4)
and
(Piece 1 + 2)
. Slip on the washer
,then the nut on the underside of
(Piece 1 + 2)
. Start by turning the nut by hand, and tighten all 4
nuts so they just start to grip, but to not tighten up fully.
5. Sit the top panel
(Piece 5)
on top of the ‘top’ side panel section
(Piece 3 + 4)
, lining up the bolt
holes on the side panels, to the screw thread holes on the top panel.
6. Use the 4x bolts provided to attach through the ‘top’ side panel
(Piece 3 + 4)
into the top panel
(Piece 5)
. Start by turning the bolts by hand, and tighten all 4 bolts to only ~20% of full bolt
length.

ensure that each of the bolts is turning freely)
7. Tighten the rear support bar
(Piece 4)
up fully.
8. Tighten the rear support bar
(Piece 2)
up fully.
9. Tighten the nuts on the 4x ‘long bolts’ up fully, connecting
(Piece 3 + 4)
and
(Piece 1 + 2)
10. Turn the unit over (so the top panel is on the ground), then continue to tighten the 4 bolts until the
top panel
(Piece 5)
is completely tightened.
11. Attached the 4 wheels into the bottom of the side panels. Note that 2 wheels feature “locks”.
Place them on one side of the front, and one side at the back, for maximum stability when locked.
