ON/OFF Switch
1. To switch on the inspection camera, turn the ON/OFF switch (5) in direction ON.
2. To switch off the unit, turn the ON/OFF switch in direction OFF.
Using
1. Remove the protection foil from the display (4) and switch on the unit by turning the ON/OFF switch. On the LC display you will
see the live view of the camera head. For adjusting the brightness of the LED, turn the rotary switch up to the end in direction ON.
2. Insert the swan neck into the area that has to be inspected. Bend the swan neck if necessary.
3. When inspecting liquid filled objects resp. when immersing the camera head into liquids, make sure liquids cannot enter the
display. The LC display is not water-proof.
The camera head and the swan neck are water-proof, but not acid and fireproof. Do not immerse the camera head into hot, oily
and acid substances.
4. If you do not use the inspection camera, switch off in order not to drain the battery unnecessarily.
Cleaning and Storing
• Clean the housing of the camera head with a dry or if necessary with a moistened cloth. Wipe the lens of the camera head with a
lint-free cloth to keep the glass clean and grease-free. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasive for cleaning.
• If the swan neck was inserted into liquids, clean it after each use and dry thoroughly.
• Protect the inspection camera from dust and dirt and store it in the delivered carrying bag.
• If you do not use the inspection camera for long period of time, remove the battery. Leaking batteries can cause damage to the
electronic circuits.
