A. Purge Air in Radiator
Step 1: Please empty coolant from the radiator as clear as possible.
Step 2: Connect air with air supply (2); connect thin hose (7) with (3); connect coolant hose
(8) with (6), and then connect the universal radiator rubber adaptor provided (5) on
radiator opening.(Fig.1)
Step 3: Please make sure the switch (4) and red switch (9) are OFF. (fig.2)
Step 4: Turn the switch (4) ON to purge the air (fig.3 ); when the gauge needle stops on
20-25 inHG (50-60cmHG)(fig.4), then turn the switch OFF.
B. Refill the Coolant
Step 1: Please prepare new coolant and put coolant hose into new coolant bottle.
Step 2: Turn the red switch (9) ON to make coolant refill into radiator (fig.5) until the gauge
needle is back to zero, then turn the red switch OFF.
Step 3: Disconnect all hoses and place the device back to the reserve case.
NOTE:
This kit provides quick coo/ant change work in vacuum situation. After refilling work,
please check if the radiator is fully filled with coolant or not if not, please fill the coolant
by yourself until the radiator is full of coolant.
