SVERO Trolley -25
Read this manual before mounting
the trolley and its use. Incorrect handling may cause danger!
Description
SVERO trolley -25, which is supplied with a crank for quick and easy mounting to an I-beam, is
especially suitable when occasionally heavy machines will be installed.
Trolley -25 without drive is developed from trolley -20. It can carry a load and be pushed along the
beam. A lifting device, manually-, electric or pneumatically driven, can be mounted in the trolley.
Trolley -25 covers a wide range of beam sizes, 64 – 203 mm width. It is used for I-beams with plane
flanges (such as IPE, HEA or HEB beams) or beams with sloping flanges (such as INP).
Trolley -25 is manufactured with a protection against falling (in case of wheel brake down) and
climbing protection (so that the wheels cannot climb the beam flange).

Make sure that there are sturdy stops, preferably with buffer, at each end of the beam to prevent the
trolley from falling off the beam. Stops may also be needed to prevent the trolley from colliding with
