8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The LED doesn’t
work.
No sound.
Low volume.
Noise.
Sound distortion.
Cause
Improperly connected AC/DC
power adapter.
The sound source isn’t connected.
Volume level is set at minimum
value.
The input signal is too weak.
The speaker is placed on the
wrong surface.
Objects vibrating on the
surface.
Improperly connected cables.
Poor contact between the speaker
and the surface it’s placed on.
The volume is too high.
Solution
Check the AC/DC adapter plug connection
to power supply, disconnect the AC/DC
adapter cable form the remote control and
connect it again.
Make sure that all the wires are
connected correctly.
Press the UP button on the remote control.
Adjust the source volume.
Place the speaker on a di

erent surface. It
must be
fl
at and
fi
rm.
Remove the vibrating objects.
Place the speaker on a di
ff
erent surface.
Check all the connections.
Provide larger area of contact between the
speaker and the surface it’s placed on.
Adjust the volume.

nearest service center. Never attempt to repair the product yourself.
