The windshield
During use, it is strongly recommended that the
SV 104IS
is fitted with the supplied
SA 122IS
antistatic windshield. To calibrate the dosimeter it is necessary to remove the windshield to gain access to
the microphone. It is not necessary to remove the windshield to record the voice note comments.
The
SV 104IS
uses windshield with reliable screwed technique to fit tightly onto the microphone
housing. To remove the windshield just unscrew it clockwise by holding the lower half of the foam and
windshield housing. See the markings engraved to unscrew. Once the
SV 104IS
has been calibrated, refit
the windshield by carefully screw it back counter-clockwise over the microphone again.

The mounting clips
Upon delivery, the
SV 104IS
will be fitted with the standard mounting clips made of natural leather.
Mounting clips can changed using a pliers.
