HELMET HOLDER
There is a helmet holders under the
seat. To use them, remove the seat,
hook your helmet fastener ring to the
holder and refit the seat.
SIDE STAND
An interlock system is provided to cut
off the ignition circuit when the side
stand is down and the transmission is
in any gear other than neutral.
The side stand/ignition interlock sys-
tem works as follows:
•
If the side stand is down and the
transmission is in gear, the engine
can not be started.
• If the engine is running and the
transmission is shifted into gear
with the side stand down, the
engine will stop running.
• If the engine is running and the
side stand is put down with the
transmission in gear, the engine
will stop running.

WARNING
Riding with a helmet fastened to
the helmet holder can interfere
with rider control.
Never carry a helmet fastened to a
helmet holder. Fix the helmet
securely atop the seat if you must
carry it.
