Removal

1. Remove throttle body. (See “Throttle Body” on

2. Remove fuel rail and injectors. (See “Injectors” on

3. Remove intake manifold. (See “Intake Manifold” on

4. Remove exhaust manifold. (See “Exhaust Manifold”

5. Remove ignition coils. (See “Ignition Coils” on

6. Remove spark plugs. (See “Spark Plugs” on

(1). Check the intake port, exhaust port, combustion
chamber and entire cylinder head mating surface for
cracks.
