Both 1st and 2nd piston rings are of keystone type, and an expander ring is with the 2nd ring.
The keystone ring is less sticking and has excellent durability. The expander ring absorbs the
noise generated by the piston sliding against the cylinder wall by means of its spring tension,
thus reducing ove rall noise.

the top side.
Automatic centrifugal shoe type clutch is secured to the crankshaft. This cl utch has simple
construction. When the clutch drive shoes, which are thrown apart by centrifugal force vary ing
with the crankshaft speed, come in contact with the clutch driven wheel, engine power is trans
mitted to the counter shaft. When the engine speed falls, the centrifugal force decreases and the
drive shoes comes cl ose together, thus separating from the driven wheel. This elimi nates the flow
of engine power.
