Insert a
mounting screw
through 2
mounting
brackets
and one
Wall Extension Plate
. Use #2
Phillips Head Driver to screw into the stud
(see Photo #2).

Leave loose for insertion of arm.
5.
Insert rack arm in mounting bracket and insert
second screw into bracket and into
plastic
anchor
. Tighten both screws. Repeat for upper
bracket installation (Photo #3)

Repeat steps 1
