is 0.5 microseconds

Needs to change at least 2 microseconds before a step pulse is sent. CW
and CCW are viewed from the end opposite the drive end of the motor
(looking out of the shaft).

Logic 1 will disable current to the motor
(current is enabled with no hook-up or logic 0)
