ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Installing Rear Wheels &
Gearboxes
1.
Remove car from box and plastic.
2.
Prop rear of car up so rear axle is off
the ground.
3.
Locate the Motors/Gearboxes in the
area where the batteries are located.
4.
Carefully unplug the motor/gearbox
on the left side of the car.
5.
Install large end of gearbox onto the
axle shaft on the left side of the car.
6.
Feed the electrical plug and motor
portion of the gearbox through the
large hole in the body and re-connect
the electrical plug.
7.
Install wheel and bushing as shown in
photo. (See Fig. 1)
8.
Place a washer onto the axle and slip
the cotter pin through hole in axle and
spread ends of cotter pin to secure the
assembly.
9.
Install wheel cover.
Repeat steps 3 thru 8 for right side.
Installing Front Wheels
1.
Place a washer onto the axle shaft.
2.
Insert bushing into both sides of wheel
and slide wheel onto the axle shaft
3.
Place another washer onto the axle
shaft and slip the cotter pin through
hole in axle and spread ends of cotter
pin to secure the assembly.
4.
Install wheel cover.
Repeat steps for opposite side of car.
Installing the Windshield
1.
Align the placement of the windshield
2.
Push downward on windshield until it
snaps into place.
3.
Secure with small screws supplied in
the part package.
