If the charger is plugged into the charging port, the car will not
power up regardless if the charger is plugged into the wall outlet
or not.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Install the car windows, rear windows, and rear speaker deck:
Snap rear
speaker deck into place at the rear of the car. Snap rear window into place
and secure with screws from the bottom of the car. Snap door window into
place on the upper part of the door and secure with 5 screws. Repeat steps
for both door windows.
