series processors; each processor supports two full-
width Intel QuickPath Interconnect (QPI) links (with
support of up to 16 GT/s per direction)
Note 1 : E5-4600v2 processor support is avail-
able when the latest BIOS (BIOS Version 3.0 or
later) is used in your system.
Note 2 : To fully utilize all functionality and fea-
tures offered by this quad motherboard, be sure
to install four CPUs on the motherboard. Without
four CPUs installed onboard, some functions or
features might not be supported.

Note 1 : To optimize memory performance,
please install 16 DIMMs or 24 DIMMs on the
motherboard when 4 CPUs are used in the
system.
Note 2 : 1866 memory is available when sup-
ported by the processors used in the system
with one-DIMM_per-channel configuration.
