This feature allows the user to configure the settings for the Intel North Bridge.
Integrated IO Configuration
Intel® VT-d
Select Enabled to enable Intel Virtualization Technology support for Direct I/O
VT-d
by reporting the I/O device assignments to VWM (Virtual Working Memory)
through the DMAR ACPI Tables. This feature offers fully-protected I/O resource
-sharing across Intel platforms, providing greater reliability, security, and avail-
ability in networking and data-sharing. The options are
Enabled
and Disabled.
Ageing Timer Rollover
Select Disabled to allow the BIOS to determine how long the system should
wait before reallocating resources to PCI-E devices for data transferring when
a deadlock occurs. Select 32 us for the BIOS to wait for 32 us seconds before
reallocating system resources for use of PCI-E data transferring when a deadlock
occurs. The options are Disabled, 32 us,
128 us
, and 512 us.

The Intel I/OAT (I/O Acceleration Technology) significantly reduces CPU over
