Maintenance: Device Information

a. Device Information

1. Device Information:

 Click on this function key to activate its submenu. This fea-

ture displays the information of the SIMLP card and its fi rmware. 

2. View the Data File for Support: 

Click on this link to view the XML fi le which con-

tains you and your product information which is needed for technical support.

2. Connect Users: 

List the name(s), the IP Address(es) and the status of the con-

nect person(s).

3.2.7 Maintenance

Click on the Maintenance icon on the Home Page to activate its submenus:  Device 
Information, Event Log, Update Firmware and Unit Reset Settings as listed below.
