ERVER 8046B-TRLF User's Manual

Reset Button

Pins 3 and 4 of JF1 attaches to the

reset button on the computer chas-

sis. See the table on the right for pin

defi nitions.

Power Button

The power button connection is

located on pins 1 and 2 of JF1. Mo-

mentarily contacting both pins will

power on/off the system. This button

can also be confi gured to function as

a suspend button (with a setting in the

BIOS). To turn off the power when the

system is set to suspend mode, press

the button for at least 4 seconds.

Processor Power Connector

JPWR1, JPWR2, JPWR4 and JPWR5

provide power for the processors.

All four should be connected to your

power supply. See the table on the

right for pin defi nitions.

Main ATX Power Supply
Connector

The primary power supply connector

(JPWR3) meets the SSI EPS 24-pin

specifi cation. Refer to the table on

the right for the pin definitions of

this power connector. You must also

connect the 8-pin processor power

connectors to your power supply (see

below).
