Heatsink Overview

The  620BT-H  Series  server  uses  a  different  heatsink  design  for  each  CPU.  The  SNK-

P0077VM model is used for CPU1, the CPU closer to the mid-chassis fans. The installation 
and removal procedure are the same for both heatsink models.

Note:

 Thermal grease is pre-applied on new heatsinks. No additional thermal grease is 

needed.
