Removing the Processor Heatsink Module
Before removing the processor heatsink module (PHM) from the motherboard, shut down the
system and then unplug the AC power cord from all power supplies.
Then follow the steps below:
1. Use a t30-bit screwdriver to loosen the four PEEK nuts on the heatsink in the sequence
of A, B, C, and D.

2. Press the four rotating wires inward to unlatch the PHM as shown below.
3. Gently lift the PHM upward to remove it from the CPU socket.
