D-2 IPMI Command Sets

To perform perform the Dual Boot Block through the IPMI Command Sets, follow
the instructions below:

1. After the IPMI GUI browser log-in, click on the

Remote Control

tab, then

Console Redirection

, then the

Launch Console

button to open Java iKVM

Viewer.

Open a DOS command prompt for SMCIIPMITool execution. Type

ipmi

power down

to power off the defective system.
