Onboard Video Option ROM
Use this feature to select the onboard video firmware type to be loaded. The options are
Legacy
and EFI.
NVMe Firmware Source
Use this feature to select the NVMe firmware to support booting. The options are
Vendor
Defined Firmware
and AMI Native Support. The default option, Vendor Defined Firmware,
is pre-installed on the drive and may resolve errata or enable innovative functions for the
drive. The other option, AMI Native Support, is offered by the BIOS with a generic method.
PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration
CPU SLOT6 PCI-E 3.0 x8 (in x16) OPROM / CPU SLOT5 PCI-E 3.0 x8 OPROM
Use this feature to select which firmware type to be loaded for the add-on card in this slot.
The options are Disabled,
Legacy
, and EFI.
M.2-P_1 OPROM / M.2-P_2 OPROM
Use this feature to select which firmware type to be loaded for the add-on card in this slot.
The options are Disabled,
Legacy
, and EFI.
Onboard LAN1 ~ LAN4 Support
Use this feature to enable support for the specified onboard LAN port. The options are
Enabled
and Disabled.
Onboard LAN Option ROM Type
Use this feature to select which firmware type to be loaded for onboard LAN ports. The
options are
Legacy
and EFI.
*If the feature above is set to Legacy, the following LAN ports will be listed and become
available for configuration:
Onboard LAN1 ~ LAN4 Option ROM
Use this feature to select which firmware function to be loaded for the specified onboard LAN
port at system boot. The options are
Disabled
,
PXE, and iSCSI*.
*iSCSI is only supported on Onboard LAN1. The default setting for Onboard LAN1 is
PXE.
Network Stack
Select Enabled to enable Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) or Unified Extensible Firm
-
ware Interface (UEFI) for network stack support. The options are Disabled and
Enabled
.
