3. Set-Up / Operation
STEP 1
With the rear slide assembly out of the way, insert one-piece of product between the separating rollers
and feed belt.
Adjust the tray height so that the product is centered to the feed belt by loosening the adjustable levers,
sliding up or down, and tighten the levers.
STEP 2
To proceed with setting the separator, first loosen the lock knob.
Turn the Separator adjust knob until there is a slight resistance on the product (gently slide the product
in and out while adjusting the knob) Clockwise to lower = more resistance, Counter-clockwise to raise =
less resistance.
When complete, retighten the lock knob.
