Operation
SGT-32P Instructional Video

YouTube video demonstration on how to setup and operate your robot.
1. Open the Lid
a) Remove the four screws from the corners of the lid
b) Carefully lift the lid and set it to the side, being sure not to pull on the wires that run from the lid into
the robot.
2. Connect the Batteries
a) Batteries are labeled as "Battery 1" and "Battery 2".
b) Connect the two plugs labeled "1" together.
c) Connect the two plugs labeled "2" together.
3. Replace the Lid
a) Carefully replace the lid without pinching any of the wires.
b) Reinstall the (4) lid screws. Make sure the screws are snug, but not over tight.
4. Remove the Camera
a) Lift up the top latch on the camera mount
b) Tilt the camera mount forward and hold it in that position.
c) Gently press on the front of the camera to remove it from the mount.
5. Insert the SD Card
a) Press the button on the bottom of the camera hatch and slide it to the side.
b) Insert the provided Micro SD card into the camera, paying attention to the orientation of the card.
c) Reclose the hatch and make sure that it locks into place.
d) For further instructions, refer to GoPro instruction card.
6. Download the GoPro App onto Your Phone (GoPro (Formerly Capture))
a) Open the app and create an account with GoPro
b) Select the Connect a camera option from the main screen
c) Choose "Hero 5 or 6 Black" from the camera selection screen (Depending on what you ordered)
d) On Your Camera: press and hold the side button to turn on the camera, follow the prompts to select
your Language, Agree to terms and Privacy Conditions,
and turn on GPS. Your camera will now run through it's different features. Once done, your camera will
prompt you to connect to your phone.
e) On Your Phone: select ready to pair the camera. Input the password provided on the camera screen. If
prompted, install the latest firmware to the camera.
7. Insert Camera into Mount on Robot
a) Tilt the camera mount on the robot forward and hold it in that position.
b) insert the camera into the mount.
c) latch the top to secure the camera.
8. Charge the Robot
a) Make sure the robot is turned off by putting the power switch in the down position.
b) There is one charge port on each side of the robot, and both must be used to charge the robot.
c) Open the caps on the charging ports to gain access to the charging cords.
