Where to Obtain Service
After 30 days of purchase, warranty service is
available at ICP Solar. ICP toll free 1-888-
427-7652 or email
to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number and shipping instructions. Proof
of Purchase is required.
The issuance of an RMA number does not
imply acceptance of a warranty claim.
Warranty claims are accepted after a thorough
inspection and testing of your returned unit at
out testing facility. If the returned unit is not
found to be defective (No Fault Found), or
other issues render the warranty void, the unit
will be returned to you at your expense plus a
handling charge of $50.00 CAD/US. Missing
components will be assessed associated fees.
What to do to Obtain Service Ship prepaid or carry in your product to ICP
testing center. Be sure to have Proof of
Purchase available and quote RMA number.
If you ship the product, be sure it is insured
and packaged securely. ICP is not responsible
for he costs of deinstallation or reinstallation.
Return product will not be accepted and
processed without RMA number and/or freight
collect.
