QR code with your mobile camera/QR code
scanning app to access the instructions.
You will find the network name (SSID)
and password on the top and bottom of
the Sunrise Internet Box 5G. Here, you’ll
also find a QR code to quickly establish
a connection. Scan the QR code with
your smartphone camera (iOS)/QR scan
app (Android). The connection will be
established automatically.
I can’t find my Wi-Fi (WLAN)
login data.
To ensure you receive a good signal with the Sunrise
Internet Box 5G, place it in an upright position and
close to a window. Or: determine the place at which
you receive the best signal with the Sunrise mobile
network app.
