4.10 Lap strap / seating positioning belt
DANGER! / WARNING!
• This product is only to be used to position a single person in
a scooter.
Mounting a lap strap / seating positioning belt
The lap belt is fitted to the scooter as shown in the fitting
photographs, (Fig.4.9 - 4.10). It is important that the belt is
fitted correctly and is not twisted.
The belt is adjusted automatically to the correct tension by the
internal reel system.
To lock the belt:
Pull the buckle over your lap and push firmly into the slot in
the receiver, (1).
The belt will adjust to the correct tension.
To release the belt:
Push the red button marked ‘PRESS’ to release the belt, (2),
(Fig 4.11).
