, tighten with 

Allen Wrench (No. 50)

 and 

Spanner (No. 51)

Attach 

Rear Stabilizer (No. 24)

 to 

Rear Support Tube (No. 23)

 using 2 

Carriage Bolts

 

(No. 15)

, 2 

Arc Washers (No. 6)

 and 2 

Nuts (No. 18)

, tighten with 

Spanner (No. 51)
