Instructions for Use
1. Hang Selene 1 (using the #4 hook and chain included) a
minimum of 20” away from ceiling or any potentially
fl ammable materials. Verify that #4 hook is secure in
ceiling joist or rafter prior to hanging Selene 1.
2. Attach LP hose to Selene 1 using two (2) wrenches to
avoid damage to gas input valve. Do NOT over tighten
fi ttings. Do NOT use Tefl on tape.
3. Connect POL gas fi tting to LP tank and turn tank ‘ON’.
4. Inspect all gas connections using a sprayer fi lled with 1/3
dish soap and 2/3 water. If bubbles are noted, tighten
fi tting and recheck with soapy water solution.
5. Check to see that Selene 1 is level. This is so your
generator burns clean and evenly.
6. Plug in power adapter to power input jack located on
right side of the Selene 1.
7. Plug other end of power adapter into CO2 Monitor/
Controller, short cycle timer or multifunction controller.
8. Turn ‘ON’ green on/off switch on right side of Selene 1.
9. The Selene 1 will now activate and deactivate based
on your controller or timer settings.
10. Note: Position circulation fan to disperse CO2 evenly
throughout your grow room.
