Insert Light Tube (#3) into Power Controller (#1).
Fig. 4:
Assemble Light Tube (#3) and slanting bar using Belt (#2). Insert Belt (#2) into the hole of Light Tube (#3).
Insert other 7pcs Belts by the same way.
Fig. 5:
Turn the Belt (#2) by 90 degrees and then insert the belt buckle into the belt hole.

At last, turn the Belt (#2) towards you.
