Gas odor Gas leak
Problem Possible Cause Solution
1. Do not try to light the appliance.
2. Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any
phone in the vicinity of this product.
3. Immediately call your gas supplier from a
neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas supplier’s
instructions.
Delayed Ignition
1. Low gas pressure.
2. Clogged or dirty burner ports.
1. Check gas supply pressure. Replace a new
cylinder if needed.
2. Clean burner parts: see Maintenance section.
Abnormal flame
color
1. Incorrect gas supply or pressure.
2. Clogged or dirty burner ports.
1. Check gas supply pressure. Make sure to use a
cylinder that is compatible with the fire pit.
