How To Replace The Power Routing Board (PRB)
!!Unplug The Heater Before Servicing!!
(Remember That the Edges of the Metal Are Sharp. Use Caution)
NOTE: IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU REMOVE THE QUICK CONNECTS FROM THE HEATER
AND DIRECT WIRE TO THE POWER ROUTING BOARD. PLEASE REFER TO INSTRUCTIONS ON
HOW TO ELIMINATE THE QUICK CONNECTS IF YOU HAVE THEM.
Remove the four (4) – 7/32 nuts that hold the PRB in place. Remove the wires from the
original wire anchor blocks one at a time & install into the wire block anchors on the new PRB.
Note: Keep wires attached to old board.
Use a 1/8th slotted screwdriver or screwdriver bit to secure the wires into the anchor blocks.
When reattaching the wires into the anchor blocks, make sure that the connections are tight.
(Do Not Over Tighten the wire anchor block screws or thread stripping may occur)
**If you disconnect all wires at once, please refer to wiring diagram for wire location.
