3.3 Assemble the horizontal bar
a) You will find three holes at each end of the horizontal bar
.
Put the screw and nuts through the middle hole and
place a black cover on the screw. It prevents the tube’s cups from sliding off the horizontal bar.

b) Assemble the horizontal bar on the vertical bar using the screws provided, as shown in Fig 3.7
