Troubleshooting

IF NO ACTIVATION OCCURS:

Rotate mouthpiece to ensure positive
connection.

∙

Make sure device is charged.

HIGH RESISTANCE TO DRAW:

∙

Do not cover air intake holes during
activation.

Care & Safety

Device can be separated to clean the contact points.

∙

Disconnect the cartridge then clean with a
cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.

∙

Do not attempt to repair or modify.

∙

Intended for adult use only.

∙

Do not use anything but Jupiter platform
cartridges with Jupiter devices.
