9. Follow these steps to route the fibre optic cables from the back to the front of the
controller module chassis.
a. Route the cables through the cable clip that is mounted on the top, rear flange
of the right mounting rail (towards the rear).

for the location of the cable clip on the mounting rail.
b. Pull the cables from the back to the front of the expansion cabinet (this step
may require one person at the front and another person at the rear).
c. Route the two fibre optic cables through the cable clip mounted on the
controller module chassis (

) and through the opening on the front,
right-side of the chassis between the mounting rail and the side panel
(
FIGURE 2-13
).
Note –
Do not bend the fibre optic cables at sharp angles. Always maintain at least
a 30 mm radius whenever you bend fiber optic cables.
