Removing a Rear Transition Card for a Node Board

1. Remove the node board from the front of the server, if you have not already done

so.

Refer to

Section

5.3.1.1, “Removing a Node Board” on page

5-12

for those

instructions. Do not remove the rear transition card until you have first removed the
node board.

2. Disconnect any cables connected to the rear transition card for the node board.

for all other node boards, refer to the documentation that came with your board’s
rear transition card for the port locations.
