(1) Check the circuit connection inside the machine regularly, if the wire joint or components is rusty or
loose, sand the rust and tighten the joint.
(2) Keep hand, hair, and tools away from the live parts, for example fan, to avoid injury.
(3) Clear the dust regularly with clean and dry compressed air. If there is heavy smoke and pollution in
the working environment, the welding machine should be cleaned once a month. The pressure of
compressed air should be controlled in a reasonable range or the small components in the machine
will be damaged.
(4) Avoid water or steam entering the machine, if it occurs, dry it in time and check the insulation with
mega meter (including that between the connection and that between the case and connection).
Start working again when nothing is abnormal.
(5) Check the cable of welding machine regularly, when insulation sleeve of cable is broken, repair or
change for new one.
(6) If the machine is no use for a long time, packing it into original box and leave it in dry place.

3. Over heat LED is light up:
(1) the temperature inside the machine is too high and the
machine is in over-heat protection. Users do not have to
remove the plug, so that the fan on the back continues
working and cool the machine down. When the red light
is off, the temperature goes down into the standard
range, the machine could work again.
(2) Examine the thermo switch, if it’s damage, change for
the new one.
Electrode holder is hot
The rated current of electrode holder is smaller than then
actual output current, change for the right capacity one.
The splashing is big for MMA welding
The output connection method is not proper, change the
