TV Screen is Blank and the media
player adaptor LED is off.

Check power adapter is ok
and connected.
•
Check interface cables are
connected correctly.

Turn TV on.

Turn Cyclone 2 on.

change the resolution settings
and/or aspect ratio setting.

Press the TV Type button on
the remote control and select
the proper output mode to fit
the PAL or NTSC TV system.
Cyclone 2 Player keeps on asking if

device
needs
to
be
formatted.

Ensure you turn ON your
Cyclone 2 first before turning
ON the USB devices.

Check your USB device has
been formatted properly and
the format file system is
compatible with the Cyclone 2,
see 11. Specifications.

Is USB device is faulty?
