1- Make the electricty connection of the pump to an electricity tehchnician or a
qualified electrician.
2- Pump is suitable to use in minimum 10 m maximum 20 m depth. The minimum
borehole diameter should be larger than maximum pump diameter.
3- Pump electricity operation range is 210-230 V monophase models and 380 V
threephase models.
4- Do not start the pump in low voltages.
5- Use the pump only in procurement of clean water.These type of pumps are not
available for procurement of backwater.
6- Do not use the pump in the liquid types of acid, olive oil and petroleum, and do not
draw sandy, graveled and muddy water.
7- Pump must be grounded while electric connection is making (for life security)
Pump should work with leakage current fuse max 30 mA.
8- Assemble the pump according to Figure 1 on Page 7.
9- Do not hangdown the pump form its energy cable, use a suspension cable or chain.
10- If the distance between the pump working area is away from energy network or
additional coupling to power cable is needed, fot the cable selection (section) you
can utulize the electrical cable selection table which is on page 25.
11- Pay attention to water hose not to break in 90° while pump is working.
12- Do not start the pump without water absolutely.
13- Do not touch the pump or water while pump is working. Please check page 24.
14- For longer lasting and more efficient operation of the pump, rest the pump for, 15-20
minutes every two hours during usage.
15- In winter months do not start the pump when water freezes.
16- This pumps can be used transfer of water in 35°C temperature. With the suitable
accessories they can be used in discharging flood water in rooms and also pump to
water cups, dewatering from cups and wells, dewatering from boats and yachts or
smiliar purposes. This product is not suitable for long term circulation applictions
(For example; ornamental pool, swimming pool, aquarium).
17- Electromagnetic submersible pumps work loudly because of working by vibration.
If you are abligated to start pump close to surface or in closed area, use earflap.
18- Take the energy cable to the network with mounted to wall as possible.
19- Do not start the pump if pump if sand is over norms in the borehole water,
otherwise some of the parts in the pump may worn off, breakdown and shorten its
usage time. Manufacturer or seller is not responsible form these situation in the
gurantee term. It this situation, you should improve and regenerate the borehole the
provide the sand amount as norms.Do not handle or hang the pump from its energy
cable while dipping the pump in to the borehole.
THE ISSUES TO BE CARED DURING COMMISSIONING OF THE PUMP
