PIVOT TEETH AND MOUNT TEETH REPLACEMENT
Required Tools:
Phillips Screwdriver
Procedure:
1. Remove the foot support (see page 18 ).
2. Remove the foot support pivot assembly (see page 18 ).
3. Remove the pivot mount to gain access to the two pop rivets holding the pivot teeth plate.
4. Drill out the two pop rivets.
5. Install the replacement pivot teeth with two new rivets.
6. Remove the two Torx screws holding the mount teeth plate.
7. Install the replacement mount teeth.
8. Reassemble the pivot assembly and foot support.
FOOT SUPPORT SLIDE ADJUSTMENT
Required Tools:
3/16” Allen Wrench
Procedure:
Top/Bottom Adjustment
1. Remove the foot support pivot assembly (see page 18 ).
2. Insert the extension tube through the slide opening of the pivot assembly.
3. Using a 3/16” Allen wrench, install the set screws into the bosses on the pivot.
4. Alternately turn each set screw clockwise until the extension tube doesn’t slide.
5. Turn the assembly on end with the pivot assembly on top.
6. Alternately turn each set screw counterclockwise until the pivot assembly will slide down the extension
tube without any force being applied.
Side/Side Adjustment
1. Install four set screws in each side of the pivot.
2. Alternately turn each set screw clockwise until the extension tube is centered on the pivot assembly and
does not slide.
3. Turn the assembly on end with the pivot assembly on top.
4. Alternately turn each set screw counterclockwise until the pivot assembly will slide down the extension
tube without any force being applied.
