4. Trouble-Shooting
Error Message Action
Software message Cannot start, cover is open Close cover and press START again.
Process stopped,
cover is open.
Close cover to continue Close cover to continue the process.
Feed board is stuck, remove
obstacles Check area around Y-table for
obstructing objects. Press Ok to
remove error message.
Main motor overload, cutting stopped Reduce feed speed, or replace cut-
off wheel. Press Ok to remove error
message.
Feed reduction off, feed speed is at
minimum Feed speed reduced to smallest
possible value, 0.005mm/s.
Select "Cutting" before starting Go to the main menu and select
"Cutting" in order to start cutting.
Initialising, please wait... Motor controller communication is in
progress, wait a moment. Error
message is removed when
communication is Ok.
Main motor overheated, cooling
down Wait for main engine to cool down,
Press Ok to remove error message.
Motor communication failure Motor controller communication
failure, try again. If the problem
persists, the unit must be serviced.
Press Ok to remove error message.
Feed reduction too high, cutting
stopped Feed speed reduced to below 50%
of starting value, cutting is aborted.
Press Ok to remove error message.
Feed speed was reduced to
X.XXmm/s Shown after a cutting is finished, if
feed speed was reduced. Press Ok
to remove error message.
No AUTO cut length when wheel
speed < 750 rpm Shown when START is pressed, if
AUTO cut length has been selected
with a wheel speed of less than 750
rpm. Either set a manual cut length,
or select a wheel speed of at least
750 rpm. Press Ok to remove error
message.
