Tracks came off.
• Do NOT proceed operating the crawler.
Lower all attachments and apply the parking
brake. Inspect the area for causes. See the
Service section of this manual for possible
problems and fixes. Call the factory with
questions.
Tractor is stalled and the track pump not
working.
• Shift the tractor into OVERDRIVE,
bypassing the track pump. The tractor will
move slowly,; it is a temporary way of
moving the equipment. Call the factory with
questions.
• Check the front pump belt for wear. Replace
as needed.
Tractor is stuck.
• If your tractor is equipped with a loader and
backhoe; use the attachments to loosen the
tracks. Call the factory with any questions.
• Lower all attachments; determine which
direction you’d like to move the tractor. If
you want to pull the tractor from the front,
hold the drive handles forward so the
hydraulic oil flow will open up the correct
ports to do so. In a similar manner, if you’d
like to pull the tractor in reverse, hold the
drive handles down in the rear position. This
lets the oil flow in the correct direction for
“emergency movement” ONLY.
Oil is overflowing from the hydraulic tank or
front pump belt keeps breaking.
• Check the hydraulic level with the #248
Dipstick, the level should be between the
two marks. Drain oil out if necessary.
• Check the rating of your 3rd party
attachment to make sure it will work with
our units. Call the factory with questions.
• Check the hydraulic oil temperature. Don’t
allow the temperature to get hotter
than 180 degrees, damage may result.
Allow a cool down if your temperature
gauge is over 180 degrees.
No power to your backhoe.
• Make sure the accessory lever is pulled
back to provide power to the backhoe.
Check front #1361 Pump Belt.
