STEP 6
Place the wheels onto each axle (valve stem facing out) and secure using washers and cotter pins.
Bend the back the ends of the cotter pins to keep them in place.
STEP 7
Turn the cart over. Slide the handle cap to the handle. Attach the handle to the yoke. Tighten the bolt
securely.
